5. Facility Rules and Code of Conduct

All members must adhere to the following rules:

• Respect other members and maintain a professional environment
• Keep noise levels appropriate for a shared workspace
• Clean up after yourself and maintain tidy workspaces
• No smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol on the premises
• Report any maintenance issues or security concerns immediately
• Follow all posted signs and instructions
• No overnight stays or sleeping in the facility
• Guests must be accompanied by members at all times

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by Member

Members may terminate their membership by providing 30 days' written notice. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of pre-paid membership fees.

6.2 Termination by Britain Coworking

We may terminate a membership immediately for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour
• Violation of facility rules
• Any illegal activity on the premises

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Personal Property

Britain Coworking is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Members are advised to secure their belongings and consider personal insurance coverage.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Britain Coworking's liability is limited to the amount of membership fees paid by the member in the 12 months preceding the incident.

7.3 Indemnification

Members agree to indemnify Britain Coworking against any claims arising from their use of the facility or breach of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Britain Coworking remain our exclusive property. Members may not use our branding or intellectual property without written permission.
